The WCT Team will document your current environment and all new products to be installed. We will conduct a pre-site survey and verify all the required components are available prior to installation. 

WCT technicians are available for on-site or remote installations based on customer requirements.  During the installation, we will provide a complete transfer of knowledge to make absolutely sure you feel comfortable with your solution. We will retain a complete documentation of the completed environment which will be available for our technicians to utilize when a support call or hardware replacement is required in the future.   All installations include unlimited post install questions for additional training, new configurations and firmware updates.
